Job Position: Quality Control Engineer in full time.
Location: Danvers, Massachusetts
Position Summary:
The QC Engineer will be responsible for meet quality requirements with quality process and procedures. Maintain quality control policies, processes and procedures to ensure that performance and quality of products conform to established standards.
Job Description:
- Inspect incoming mechanical, electrical parts to insure they meet quality requirements with supplier quality issues, engineering and manufacturing as needed.
- Create and maintain quality report, periodically visit key suppliers and review metrics and audit new suppliers from a quality perspective.
- Maintain the quality tools and testing equipment and have calibrated on a set time schedule, review any quality issue on manufacturing floor and maintain records.
- Manager all income RMA, understand root cause. Review and develop internal manufacturing procedures for sub assemblies and finished products.
Qualifications and Requirement:
- BS in Mechanical Engineer or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years in Quality Control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
- Semiconductor technical experience a plus.
