Job Position: Sr. SW Engineer in full time.
Location: Peabody, MA

Job Description:
Develop real-time control software for new ion implantation equipment. Responsibilities will include working with teams of engineers and scientists on software related to vacuum systems, motion control, ion beam control and/or dose control, including design, code, unit test, integration test, debugging and defect resolution.

Qualifications:

BSCS, BSEE or BSME is required, MS preferred.
Minimum 5-8 years programming experience with C++. Experience with VC++, COM+ / DCOM, ATL, STL, MFC is desirable.
Experience in design and implementation of real-time control software of electro-mechanical systems is required. Experience with semiconductor equipment is plus.
Must have an understanding and willingness to support a development process.
Ability to work as part of a cross-functional, multi-site team is critical.

Job Position: Sr. Software Test Engineer in full time.
Location: San Jose, CA and/or Peabody, MA

Job Description:
Perform development and execution of software quality methods and processes. Responsibilities will include SW/HW integration tests, test methods, test plans, and test procedures to ensure continuous improvement to the released software quality. In particular, run and debug system software; fixes minor bugs; coordinate test with other functional engineers; interface with others to collect data and share results; manage software releases and software configuration in field machines.

Qualifications:

BSCS, BSEE or BSME is required, MS preferred.
5-7 years direct experience in a S/W test environment of real-time control software of electro-mechanical systems. Experience with semiconductor equipment is plus.
Familiar Experience with VC++, COM+ / DCOM, ATL, STL, MFC.
Must have an understanding and willingness to support a development process.
Ability to work as part of a cross-functional, multi-site team is critical.

Job Position: Sr. Control Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA

Job Description:
Develop real-time control system and control software which serves vacuum systems, ion beam generation and control, wafer handling, implant control and dose control for our new ion implantation equipment. Responsible for the completion of control and software engineering tasks including design, implemetation, unit test, integration test, debugging and defect resolution; debug hardware and software interfaces and end to end systems issues; debug, maintain and add new features in FORTH control system.

Qualifications:

MS in related field.
2+ years experience in the job position or related control system and control software.
Must have Essential Skills of Real time control systems, Embedded Systems, Motion Control Systems, Hardware/Software integration and trouble shooting, VC++, COM/DCOM, ATL, STL, MFC.
Ability to work as a team player and versatile to pick up a varied set of tasks as required.
